We are thrilled to announce that we picked up two awards at the Swansea Bay Business Awards this month. Not only did we win the Green and Sustainable Business of the Year award but we also scooped the top award of the night by being named Business of the Year.
The awards recognised the top performing businesses in Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire and we had a great night celebrating with the 450 guests and multiple businesses who gathered at the Brangwyn Hall in Swansea.
Winning the Green and Sustainable Business of the Year award was a real accolade for us as we are so passionate about driving forward the circular economy in the region. We help businesses to find sustainable waste recycling solutions as well as working with the construction industry to supply washed, recovered aggregates, giving a viable alternative to using virgin quarried products.
We also shared our CSR activities with the judges, demonstrating our commitment to helping the communities in which we work through sponsorship of grass roots sports teams, our Easter and Christmas appeals and our support of local causes.
